1. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, FLYFAIR PUBLISHING grants the client full ownership of the delivered custom content. We retain no rights to the final product; you are free to publish, distribute, and utilize the work as the sole rights holder.

2. Payment & Financial Terms

  • Service Fees: Payment for services is required in advance to initiate project milestones.
  • Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with their purchase.
  • Transparency: All costs are disclosed upfront; there are no hidden fees once a project quote is accepted.

3. Revision Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our standard revision window is 14 days following delivery. Extensions may be granted for complex projects at our discretion.

  • 24-Hour Urgency: Revision turnaround is 24 hours.
  • 48-Hour Priority: Revision turnaround is 48 hours.
  • Standard Projects: Revision turnaround is 72 hours.

4. Project Consultation

Our refund policy is structured to compensate for the labor and resources allocated at various stages of production:

  • Pre-Submission: Full refund minus a processing fee (the lesser of $150 or 10% of the purchase price).
  • Post-Submission (Pre-Design): 75% refund of the purchase price if the manuscript has been submitted but design work has not commenced.
  • In-Design (Post-Start): 50% refund once formatting, editing, or interior arrangement has begun.
  • Final Approval: No refunds are issued once the client has provided final approval of the work.
  • Satisfaction Period: If you are unsatisfied, please submit a written request within 7 days of order completion for a percentage-based resolution based on the volume of revisions completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

FLYFAIR PUBLISHING provides professional publishing assistance "as is" without additional certifications or guarantees of commercial success (e.g., sales volume). While we strive for perfection, the company is not liable for indirect losses, data interruptions, or unauthorized third- party access beyond our reasonable control.

1. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your contact information, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from FLYFAIR PUBLISHING.

  • SMS: You may receive a "Double Opt-In" text to confirm your subscription. Reply "YES" to activate.
  • Email: You will receive project updates, newsletters, and delivery attachments.

2. Carrier Disclosure & Frequency

  • Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Frequency: We strive to limit messages to essential project updates. Frequency varies based on your specific project needs.

3. Opt-Out Instructions (Compliance)

  • SMS: Reply "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any text message to be removed immediately.

4. Security & Compliance
